Your comfort, well-being, health and safety are always our number one priority. These steps, along with your personal cautiousness, will help NIE Organics Medi Spa play our part in keeping our community safe and healthy.

Here are the specific steps we’re following to ensure the comfort, well-being, health and safety of our clients, students and staff:

• Limited number of clients allowed in facility at any given time

• ALL Clients and staff are required to wear a mask or face covering while in the facility and practice social distancing

• Our treatment rooms, products, equipment and implements have always been disinfected/sterilized between clients. We are now, additionally, disinfecting all shared surfaces that come into contact with staff or clients such as door knobs, bathroom fixtures, reception furniture and tables, as well as front desk, debit/credit machine, phones, computer keyboard, pens and front entrance with an EPA approved hospital grade disinfectant after each contact

• Linens, towels etc. are cleaned and sanitized after every use

• Robes and gowns are cleaned and sanitized after every use, disposable gowns will be provided if requested

• Sanitizing supplies, including alcohol-based hand sanitizer are available at multiple stations throughout the facility for use by staff and clients

• Staff are required to wear PPE when providing ALL services

• Beverages will be served in disposable glasses and/or cups only

• All retail items are kept in closed cabinets and only dispensed by staff members

• Tester items are only available to be dispensed in individual disposable containers as requested by customers

• All manicures and pedicure services include a take-home client comfort package, so every person is assured that these disposable implements are fresh and only used on them. Our massaging/ heated SPA pedicure chairs also feature one time use disposable footbath liners and all linens are cleaned and sanitized after every service to further ensure superior  hygiene practices
