SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order you will be notified and refunded for that item using the original method of payment.
Curbside Delivery
We offer free curbside delivery for online orders over $150.00, Monday through Friday — excluding statutory holidays. Please email, call or text to see if your address qualifies. No signature required on delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days from time of order confirmation to receive your order.
Pick Up
To pick up your order, select PICK UP at check out. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pick up.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ON-LINE PURCHASES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products sold online unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at 905-518-5234 Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (EST) and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, and the fact that any opened products cannot be used or sold, we ask that you please ensure that products are the correct color and type prior to purchasing. Most items have samples a to try.
